This website processes no personal data on anyone’s behalf, so using it requires no data processing agreement.

Engagements

Where an advisory engagement involves processing personal data on a client’s behalf, that processing is governed by a written data processing agreement signed for the engagement, before processing starts. The current template is available on request.

Product-specific data processing agreements are published on each product’s own site.
